 ATTORNEY
JAY M. NIEDERMAN
- Mr. Niederman
received his Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers Law School in 1972 and
was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in November of 1972. Upon graduation,
he joined the law firm of Okin, Pressler and Shapiro of Fort Lee, New
Jersey. This firm specialized in commercial matters, with a high
concentration in bankruptcy, assignment for benefit of creditors, state
court receivership and other commercial matters, including collections.
Mr. Niederman was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 1974. Upon
admission, he joined the Rinden Professional Association of Concord, New
Hampshire, a firm that specialized in commercial and retail collection
matters. In 1976, Mr. Niederman established his own law office in
Manchester, New Hampshire.
Attorney Niederman has specialized in collections, subrogation
claims
and related matters since 1974. He has lectured extensively on
collections, commercial law and related subjects for various
organizations, including the New Hampshire Bar Association, New
Hampshire Bankers Association, Commercial Law League of America,
National Employment Lawyers Association, New Hampshire Technical College
and The Franklin Pierce Law School. Mr. Niederman has served on
the New Hampshire Bar Association Committees on Continuing Legal
Education, Ethics and Fee Dispute Resolution. He is
currently an associate member of the New Hampshire Bar Association
Committee on Lawyers Assistance and Continuing Legal Education
Committee. He is an active member of the Commercial Law League of
America. He has served as Treasurer and Legislative Chairperson
for the New England Regional Members Association of the Commercial Law
League. He is also an active member of the National Association of
Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA).
Mr. Niederman has received board certification as a Creditors Rights
Specialist by the Academy of Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights specialists
of the Commercial Law League of America and the American Board of
Certification. He is one of only a handful of attorneys in the
country to have been granted this honor. He is the only New Hampshire
attorney who has been awarded this certification in recognition of his
skills as a collections and creditors rights advocate.

ATTORNEY
JOHN STANZEL - Mr. Stanzel was
graduated from the University of Delaware in 1984 and received his Juris
Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in 1987. He was admitted to
the New Hampshire Bar in 1988 and joined the Manchester law firm of
Thomas Craig, PA. At that office, he pursued a general law practice,
specializing in personal injury and
workman's compensation cases, and also bankruptcy and medical
collections.
Mr. Stanzel joined forces with Attorney Niederman in December of 1988.
Since then, he has specialized in commercial and retail collections and
has been actively, aggressively involved in the trial of collections
cases in all New Hampshire Courts. In 1992, he was made a partner in the
firm. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Manchester Bar
Association and Manchester Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Stanzel is
also actively involved in the Commercial Law League.
Mr. Stanzel has been
designated as a Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional by the
National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP). He has
received this honor in recognition of his expertise in handling
insurance subrogation claims and related matters.
ATTORNEY
KRISTIN LINDSEY - Ms. Lindsey is the
newest addition to the firm's attorney staff. She graduated cum laude
from The Massachusetts School of Law in Andover, Massachusetts and was
admitted to practice in November of 1994. She was admitted to the New
Hampshire Bar in November of 1995.
Ms. Lindsey has been working with our firm in collections and
related matters for many years. She originally joined the firm as a
paralegal shortly after her graduation from undergraduate college in
1986. For many years, she served as the firm's lead collector and
litigation paralegal. In that role, she developed proficiency in complex
collection matters, including construction claims, mechanics liens, bond
claims and bankruptcy matters. She also developed expertise in complex
insurance collections and many other aspects of the collections
practice. She was further responsible for real estate foreclosures and
related deficiency claims.
Since her graduation from law school and admission to practice, Ms.
Lindsey has continued her duties as a collector and legal support
person. She has also enhanced her experience by taking a more active
role in litigation matters.
