R.J. Meurin joined the firm in January 2020 upon Jay Niederman’s retirement. He was previously employed as a county prosecutor where he served as lead counsel in a variety of complex criminal matters. R.J. has extensive trial experience and has litigated dozens of cases through jury trial.
R.J.’s role at the firm will focus on litigation surrounding insurance subrogation, creditors’ rights and the enforcement of judgments and court orders. He continues to handle trials at the superior and circuit court levels and his work is dedicated to obtaining financial relief for creditors in civil disputes.
Since 2017, R.J. has served on NH Bar’s Legislation Committee which monitors legislation and provides recommendations to the Board of Governors. In 2019, R.J. graduated from NH Bar’s Leadership Academy which recognizes emerging leaders within New Hampshire’s legal community.
As a Manchester native, R.J. continues to serve his community as a lawyer and as a licensed New Hampshire foster parent.
