Thomas E. Walker, Jr.

Tom is a native of New Hampshire and grew up in the beautiful White Mountains region. Tom graduated from Liberty University, Magna Cum Laude in 1991. He then graduated from Massachusetts School of Law in June of 2006. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in December 2006 and the New Hampshire Bar in May 2007.

Tom joined the firm as a Paralegal in 1997. He became the Senior Litigation Paralegal in 2000, working on complex collection matters including insurance subrogation, workers compensation premiums, automobile leases and deficiencies, as well as conducting legal research for the firm. He continued his employment throughout law school and became an Associate upon his admission to the New Hampshire Bar in 2007. He was made a shareholder in January 2014.

In 2012, Tom was named to the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Leadership Academy and served on the Leadership Academy’s Steering Committee until 2018. Tom is a member of the NH Bar Association which hosts a two-day practical skills course for newly admitted NH attorneys. Tom and Kristin co-present the “Debtor-Creditor” lecture twice a year at this event.

Tom recently celebrated his 25th wedding anniversary. He has 3 boys and is an avid Boston Red Sox fan. He has coached numerous baseball and basketball teams in his community and he is active in his Church having served as a Deacon, Sunday School Teacher, and Youth Leader.
