David graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1992 and from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law in 1996. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar following law school and to the New Hampshire Bar in 2008.
Before joining Niederman, Stanzel & Lindsey in 2025, David spent more than two decades practicing creditors’ rights law working at two different regional high volume consumer collection law firms. His extensive experience includes representing creditors in a wide range of collection and recovery matters, serving as a guest speaker for the National Creditors Bar Association, and successfully arguing a case before the Maine Supreme Judicial Court pro hac vice on behalf of a national debt buyer.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of the many recreational opportunities the New Hampshire Seacoast has to offer.
