John graduated from the University of Delaware in 1984 and received his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in 1987. He was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 1988. After his admission, he worked for the Manchester law firm of Thomas Craig, PA. That firm specialized in personal injury and workman’s compensation cases and also bankruptcy and medical collections.
John joined Jay Niederman in December of 1988. Since then, he has specialized in commercial collections, retail collections and subrogation. In 1992, John was made a partner in the firm. Because of his extensive experience handling subrogation cases and insurance disputes, John heads the firm’s subrogation department.
John has appeared before every Court in the State of New Hampshire. In so doing, he has established an outstanding rapport with judges, mediators and Court personnel. He has also developed a superior ability to resolve difficult cases and deal with problematic defendants.
When not working, John enjoys a wide variety of sports activities as a participant, fan and coach. He also enjoys spending time with his family at their vacation home in Maine.
